They say you don’t really know how well a married couple will do together until they face their first challenge as a married couple. Mother Nature didn’t wait long to see how Lindy and Devin would act when they were married at Siena Heights University on Saturday, May 12th. The weather just would not cooperate with us at all that day, but Lindy and Devin were not going to let dark skies and rain ruin their magical day. In short, they’ll be just fine.
These two were all smiles — unless I told them not to — no matter how bad the weather got. Even after a downpour caught up with us a good 300 yards from shelter, the lovebirds didn’t show any signs of frustration. Only excitement and joy as they began their lives together.
Mr. and Mrs. Simon were simply wonderful to photograph as their classic sense of style and grace combined with their easy-going nature made it a breeze to capture photos that told the story of their day. Here are some of our favorite shots from their day.
