I'm so excited to share this Detroit Institute of the Arts engagement session with you all!
For years I have wanted to photograph an engagement session at the Detroit Institute of Arts. The architecture, the history, the vastness of the entryways all called to me. So, when Kristin and Ryan told me they wanted to have part of their engagement photos at the DIA, I was thrilled and I started imagining how I wanted to capture these two on the grounds. Even as the shoot was unfolding, I couldn’t contain my excitement as I scrolled through the unedited photos and shrieked with delight. Matt was driving us to our next location, but I couldn’t stop asking him to look over at how stunning the unedited pictures were. Once I was able to edit them they turned out even better than I imagined. Look at this stunning couple!
